Arrest made in hit-and-run bike crash in Colorado
The driver of a vehicle failed to stop, striking a bicyclist on Monday morning in what the Montrose Police Department is considering a hit-and-run accident.
The suspect struck the bicyclist at about 6:00 AM Monday morning near the intersection of North 7th and Townsend, according to the Montrose Police Department. The condition of the bicyclist is unknown.
As of 8:50 AM Monday morning, an arrest has been made in connection with the crash. No further information is available to the public at this time because this is an ongoing investigation.
