Colorado got its 42nd state park earlier today when Governor Jared Polis opened up the park up to the public with a special ceremony at the site of the park near Trinidad. The park is the second largest in the state and will offer hiking opportunities, limited hunting access and cattle grazing through a partnership with local ranchers and Colorado Parks and Wildlife.
