Person hit by train in Douglas County
A person was hit by a train in Douglas County Sunday afternoon, Gazette news partner KKTV reports.
The crash was reported around 12:30 p.m. on train tracks across Highway 67 in Sedalia near the intersection with Highway 85.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office believes the person intentionally put themselves in the path of the train.
Sedalia is located northwest of Castle Rock in Douglas County.
