Denver police investigate overnight shooting in Green Valley Ranch

The Denver Police Department is investigating an overnight shooting Sunday in the Green Valley Ranch neighborhood, police said.
The shooting happened in the 16000 Block of East Elk Drive, near the intersection of Green Valley Ranch Boulevard and Kittredge Street.
DPD announced the shooting at 1:31 a.m. Sunday.
Police said one victim was identified, having sustained nonlife-threatening injuries. Their current status is unknown.
Investigators are working to develop suspect information.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867. Tipsters can remain anonymous and are eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
