Teenage male shot in McDonald’s parking lot in Aurora early Saturday morning

Aurora Police officials say a 17-year-old male was shot in a McDonald’s parking lot early Saturday morning by an unknown assailant. 

Officials responded to a call at 14251 E. Colfax Ave. around 2 a.m. Saturday after a juvenile had been shot.

According to a tweet by the Aurora Police Department, the teen is expected to survive. 

The suspect remains at-large and authorities do not have a description at this time, officials said.
