Denver has some of the worst driving conditions in the United States, according to a report released Wednesday by the insurance company Zebra.

Denver was ranked second for worst conditions, bested only by Pittsburgh.

Philadelphia, New Orleans and Cleveland finished out the top five for worst cities to drive.

The report ranked the top 50 most populated metropolitan areas in the U.S., analyzing their road quality as well as weather conditions, including fog, snow, hail and hurricanes.

Denver earned its dismal ranking thanks to nearly 70,000 annual hail claims, 43.8 inches of snow a year and 45% of the city’s road conditions being described as “poor.”

Denver had the highest percentage of poor roads out of the top four cities and was the only city in the top four without significant foggy conditions.
