Two gunmen take over, rob bank in Denver, remain at-large

Law enforcement officials are searching for two gunmen who robbed a bank in Capitol Hill in Denver on Thursday afternoon, the Denver Police Department said.

Police say the suspects entered BBVA Compass Bank at 800 N. Broadway at 2:33 p.m. and initiated a takeover-style robbery.

Both suspects were armed with handguns. 

Police say one suspect was last seen wearing a baseball-style cap, a dark-colored face covering, a dark-colored hoodie, khaki pants and surgical-style gloves.

The other gunmen was last seen wearing a dark-colored hoodie, pants, black and white shoes and was wearing gloves.

Both suspects have been described as Black males.
