LoDo’s newest apartment complex X Denver opened its door this week, providing residents with private apartments, communal living options and a members-only club.

X Denver, an extension of the Chicago-based X Company, has 813 beds among 455 units, with apartments ranging from personal studios and two-bedrooms to three-bedroom and four-bedroom co-living suites.

“We are elated to finally open X Denver’s doors,” said CEO Noah Gottlieb. “We are excited for our residents to begin building memories here and finding their sense of community, from the fitness classes to lobby seminars.”

Metro Denver’s newest subdivision growing rapidly

Blocks away from Coors Field, X Denver is at 3100 Inca St. in the Ballpark neighborhood. It is minutes away from Cuernavaca Park, Railyard Dog Park, Commons Park and Confluence Park.

X Denver also has a built-in dog park on the roof of the building for residents to use.

All units include free Wi-Fi and in-unit laundry and have the option to come fully furnished, including bedding and kitchen supplies.

X Denver residents will receive free membership to the X Club, a members-only club featuring a rooftop pool, gym, group fitness classes, private meeting pods, fire pits and a rooftop lounge with a full-service bar and restaurant.

Denver passes $15 million project to turn former East Colfax strip club into affordable housing

“The X Denver experience is truly unlike any other apartment building in the city,” said Director of Experience Sarah Loberg. “How often can a resident say they can work, eat and play all in the same building?”

Non-residents can join the X Club for $275 per month.

The X Club will have a soft opening in April, followed by a grand opening celebration in June. X Denver is currently accepting resident and club applications at xdenver.co.
