The Denver Police Department is investigating after a man was shot Saturday night in the Clayton neighborhood.
Police said the shooting happened in the 3900 block of North Jackson Street, near the Bruce Randolph School. Police announced the shooting at 9:44 p.m.
Responding officers found one victim suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive, police said.
Police have not released any information regarding what led to the shooting.
No arrests have been made. No suspect information is available.
Anyone with information is asked to call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867. Tipsters can be anonymous and are eligible for a $2,000 reward.
