The Denver Police Department is investigating after a juvenile was shot overnight in the Central Business District neighborhood.

Police said the shooting happened in the 900 block of 15th Street, near the Colorado Convention Center. Police announced the shooting just after midnight Sunday.

The juvenile victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound and taken to a hospital. They are expected to survive, police said.

Police have not released any information about what led to the shooting.

No arrests have been made in connection to the shooting as of Sunday morning. No suspect information is available.
