Exceptional Rodeo makes children with special needs the western stars
The annual rodeo was started 40 years ago by Ruth Dismuke-Blakely and the PRCA. The Denver event used to take place at the Denver Coliseum, but moved to the Temple Grandin Equine Center following its creation in 2022.
