Denver-based Frontier Airlines is adding 17 new routes in May with prices starting at $19, the company announced Wednesday.
The ultra low-cost airline is adding routes across 23 airports including at Denver International Airport.
A new Denver route will fly to Missoula in western Montana starting May. 3, Frontier said. It will run four times a week.
Frontier vice president of network and operations design Josh Flyr said in a statement that the airline is focusing on “underserved” and “overpriced” destinations ahead of the spring season.
Frontier is also adding routes to Atlanta, Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, New Orleans, Chicago, Orlando, Indianapolis, Nashville, St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands and more. Flight tickets on select dates for these new routes start at $19 if purchased before March 1.
“Increasing the number of cities with an ultra-low fare option helps ensure even more consumers can take to the skies this year to visit friends and family or experience a new destination on their travel wish list,” Flyr said.
