‘Hazardous snow’ expected in Colorado this week with more snow to follow

On the recently published ‘hazards outlook map’ from the National Weather Service, part of Colorado is marked for hazardous heavy snow between March 7 and March 8.

The region where this risk is present stretches up the center of the state in the area of the Continental Divide.

This ‘heavy snow’ precedes another ‘risk of heavy snow’ that’s expected in western Colorado from March 12 to March 14.
