Denver weather: More heat, more sun Tuesday as heat advisories continue

Denver is forecast for sunny and hot temperatures in the upper 90s Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.
There’s a 10% chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 3 p.m. A head advisory is in effect until 9 p.m., Tuesday.
Expect sunny and hot conditions and a high of 98 degrees. Winds from the southwest will range between 5 and 8 mph.
Looking ahead to Tuesday night, there’s a 10% chance of showers and thunderstorms before 9 p.m. Expect partly cloudy skies and a low of 64 degrees.
The chance for showers will increase to 40% for Wednesday afternoon with temperatures anticipated to drop a few degrees to the low 90s.
Hot conditions will linger around through the weekend with temperatures expected to linger in the high 80s and 90s through Sunday.

Sunday: There’s a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the forecast. Expect mostly sunny skies and a high of 94 degrees.
