2 arrested, 1 injured following shooting in Colorado Springs Friday night
Two men were arrested and a third injured following a shooting Friday night in Colorado Springs, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department.
Officers received reports of gunfire near the 600 block of Alexander Road at 9:47 p.m., according to police.
Officers arrived on the scene, “within minutes,” and discovered one person who had been shot with non-life-threatening injuries, officials said.
Police on the scene located two suspects who were taken into custody without further incident.
According to officials, they have been identified as Eric Nelson and Emilio Hernandez.
