Denver weather: Sunny and comfortable Tuesday
The sun will make a return but stick around most of the day as monsoonal flows stay north of Colorado for the next 24-48 hours.
Denver residents can expect a 10% chance of showers and thunderstorms after 3 p.m., according to the National Weather Service in Boulder. It’ll be sunny with a high near 94, and south southwest winds to blow around 6 mph, becoming calm into the afternoon.
“Warmer and drier conditions are forecast today, with just a few gusty showers possible during the afternoon. High temperatures will likely reach the mid 90s today,” the NWS said.
Tonight it’ll be partly cloudy, with a low around 66. East southeast winds to blow between 7 to 10 mph, becoming south southwest after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 16 mph.

Wednesday: A 40% chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Mostly sunny, with a high near 93. Calm wind becoming west southwest 5 to 7 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 18 mph.
Thursday: A 50% chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 89.
Friday: A 30% chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Mostly sunny, with a high near 90.
Saturday: A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Mostly sunny, with a high near 92.
