Missing woman found dead after week-long search in Colorado mountain counties

A woman last seen in Littleton on Sunday, November 24 has been found dead, after police on the case indicated she was believed to be headed to the Silverthrone Outlets in Summit County.

A large-scale search for Jayna Lang, 46, was launched after she failed to show up for work on November 25. Two key places where this search was taking place were Park County and Summit County.

A week after Lang was last seen, a family member reportedly told KDVR that she had been found dead due to an apparent suicide.

Condolences go out to those impacted by Lang’s death.
