2 suspects arrested in connection with Aurora triple shooting
Aurora police arrested two suspects Monday evening in connection with a triple shooting in a parking lot last week.
Hee Dah Weh, 24, and Latrayvon Dashen Bullard, 23, both of Aurora, were arrested during a traffic stop on suspicion of first-degree murder for a triple shooting at 1155 S Havana St. Wednesday that killed one and sent two others to the hospital with serious injuries, according to a post on X from the Aurora Police Department.

Police made the stop around 5:40 p.m. Monday near the intersection of East Dartmouth Avenue and Parker Road, according to the post. Both Weh and Bullard were in the vehicle at the time and were arrested without incident.
Police originally sent out an alert Monday afternoon that they had obtained arrest warrants for Weh and Bullard.
The shooting killed one man, 43-year-old James Michael Young, and sent two others — a 36-year-old Aurora man and a 46-year-old Aurora woman — to the hospital with serious gunshot injuries, according to the department on X.
Two suspects sought in connection with Aurora triple homicide
Police initially responded to the scene at the parking lot in Aurora at about 8:30 p.m. Monday and found two men on the scene with apparent gunshot injuries, according to a news release from the Aurora Police Department.
Man killed in Aurora triple shooting Wednesday identified
Young, who was one of the men found by police, was pronounced dead on the scene, police said. The second man was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
A short time later, officers found a woman who had arrived at the hospital via a private vehicle and had also sustained serious injuries from the incident.
An employee of M H Liquors, a store at the address listed in the release, said Thursday morning that one of their coworkers heard the shots from inside, but did not witness the incident directly.
Police believe that at least one of the victims know the suspect(s), but their exact relationship is unknown at this time, according to the release.
