Billed as a spot that promotes “family oriented nudism in a relaxing, wholesome environment,” Mountain Air Ranch Family Nudist Resort turns 90 this year, first opening in 1935.

Located in the area of Littleton, Colorado, Mountain Air Ranch spans 150 acres of natural beauty about 20 miles southwest of Denver.

The spot’s 90th anniversary party is set to take place from July 11 to July 13, featuring live music, food, a drone show, and an anniversary group photo and skinny dip.

The cost to attend the weekend of festivities is $150, plus daily ground fees ($35 per day per general admission adult). Those 17 and under aren’t required to pay ground fees but must be accompanied by an adult and kids 12 and under can attend the event for free.

Ticket sales are set to close on July 7, and first-time visitors must attend the ‘first-time tour’ before July 11. No first-timers (who haven’t attended the tour on a prior date) or walk-ins will be allowed during the celebration weekend.
