Out-of-control vehicle crashes into house in east Colorado Springs, police say
Several Colorado Springs properties were damaged on Saturday when a driver lost control of a vehicle and plowed through multiple yards before colliding with a house, police officials said.
The incident took place about 10:25 p.m. in the 2400 block of Sierra Springs Drive, just east of South Academy Boulevard, police said. No injuries were reported, and the house did not sustain any significant structural damage.
The driver, whose name was not released, was cited for careless driving.
