CSU Pueblo named preseason No. 1 in RMAC women’s golf season | Colorado Sunshine

Where good news shines

The reigning RMAC women’s golf champion, Colorado State University Pueblo, was named the preseason favorite for the 2025-26 season, according to the conference’s poll released Tuesday.

The ThunderWolves were one point shy of sweeping the poll, tallying eight first-place votes and one second-place vote, giving them 80 total points.

Colorado Christian landed at No. 2 with 70 points, followed by Westminster in third with 66 points. Colorado Mesa University claimed the fourth spot with 60 points, while Metro State rounded out the top five with 45 points — one point ahead of Fort Lewis College at sixth.

Chadron State College (30), South Dakota Mines (25), Black Hills State University (20), and Adams State (10) closed out the 2025-26 poll, ranking seventh through tenth, respectively.
