Denver weather: Mild and dry conditions continue Wednesday
Above average temperatures will continue around metro Denver on Wednesday with no precipitation forecast for the foreseeable future.
Denver residents can expect sunny skies today, with a high near 71, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder. Calm winds become south southeast between 5 to 8 mph in the morning.
Tonight it’ll be partly cloudy, with a low around 44. South southwest winds between 7 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 17 mph.
Continuing into the last part of the week, warm and dry weather dominates even with the passing of a storm in the northern mountains Thursday and Friday. Some snow will fall there, but only breezy conditions for the metro area.
Cooler temperatures arrive for the weekend, with highs only in the 50s.

Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 70. Breezy, with a south southwest wind 7 to 12 mph becoming northwest 13 to 18 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 28 mph.
Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 63. South wind around 6 mph becoming northeast in the afternoon.
Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 56.
Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 51.
