Man arrested on suspicion of assault after police find woman dead Friday night
Police arrested a man on suspicion of assault after finding a woman dead Friday night.
Craig Wolfgang, 31, faces a first-degree assault charge for what police are calling a homicide that occurred in the 8600 block of East Yale Avenue, according to a social media post from the Denver Police Department.
Another agency responded to the call before Denver Police did, they said in the post. The area is close to the border between Denver and Aurora, according to Google Maps.
Authorities are continuing the investigation into the incident. The initial post was published just before noon on Saturday.
