The driver was thrown from the Toyota when it rolled, and was pronounced dead on the scene. The hatchback then hit a Ford sedan head-on that had an adult driver and five juveniles in it, the release stated.

A third vehicle, a Ford pickup, had been behind the Ford Fusion and had stopped just before the crash scene. No damage was observed on the vehicle, and it was determined that the car was not involved.
