Denver weather: Another sunny day in the 60s
Another unseasonably warm day is on tap Tuesday in Denver, weather forecasters predict.
The National Weather Service in Boulder said to expect a high temperature of 62 degrees in Denver on Tuesday.
That’s about 18 degrees warmer than the average high temperature in Denver on Jan. 13, but it likely will not challenge the record high of 69 degrees, set back in 1996, according to weather service data.
Meteorologists said to expect about 8 to 14 mph winds in Denver on Tuesday, with gusts up to 23 mph.
There is a slight chance of showers tonight after 11 p.m., meteorologists said, with the low dipping to around 34 degrees overnight.
Tuesday looks like it will be the warmest day this sunny week, as high temperatures are expected to hit 55 on Wednesday, 60 on Thursday and 49 on Friday.
