MSU Denver baseball moved to 7-0 with a 9-2 win over Newman University in Wichita, Kan., Sunday.
The Roadrunners scored in five innings, starting with a Lathan Buzard RBI single to plate Brooks Rasmussen in the first. Marques Abulhosn homered in the third and fourth innings, while Brayden Oram went 3-for-4 with two RBIs.
MSU Denver owns series sweeps of Missouri Western State and Newman. The Roadrunners continue the season Friday-Sunday in Topeka, Kan., with games against Emporia State, University of Sioux Falls and Washburn.
