Fire damages hotel in Estes Park

A two-alarm fire damaged a hotel in Estes Park and sent one person to the hospital on Friday night. The fire occurred at Expedition Lodge Estes Park.

The lodge is located at 1701 North Lake Avenue, which is on the east side of Estes Park. It was evacuated after 8:30 p.m., according to the Estes Valley Fire Protection District and reporting from CBS News. The fire was under control by 10 p.m.

According to CBS News, one person was hurt and taken to a hospital.
