Car crashes into garage in Wheat Ridge; suspects at-large
Two suspects are at-large after crashing a vehicle into the garage of a Wheat Ridge home Tuesday afternoon.
The vehicle hit the garage of a residence in the 3900 block of Zephyr Drive before the occupants fled the vehicle and ran away, according to WPD.
The homeowner was in the garage at the time of impact and was injured. They were transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to West Metro Fire Rescue.
Currently, WMFR crews are working to stabilize the home, officials said.
