Opening Day food lineup at Denver’s Coors Field includes 2-foot, 1-pound hot dog, boozy ice cream and Dubai cinnamon roll

When the Colorado Rockies return to Coors Field for Opening Day on Friday, fans streaming through the gates will come ready for two things: baseball and ballpark food.

Think greasy, cheesy, gooey and sweet — the over-the-top options that have become almost as much a part of the game as the crack of the bat.

This season, Aramark Sports + Entertainment is stepping to the plate with a lineup of culinary creations, collectible souvenirs and fan-driven experiences debuting at eight Major League Baseball stadiums nationwide, including several first-time offerings in Denver.

Here are some tasty options to pursue in between innings.

Dubai Cinnamon Roll: A cinnamon roll topped with chocolate, vanilla ice cream, pistachios, caramel puff cereal, and kataifi (Section 115).

Glizzilla: A two-foot, one-pound hot dog built for sharing (Fanfare, Section 157).

Pizza Donuts: Two donuts fused together and topped like a slice of pizza (Section 109).

Taco Momalona: Brisket, Chihuahua cheese, shredded cabbage, pork belly, gold BBQ sauce, Hot Cheetos, avocado and avocado crema (SandLot Brewery).

Wit Love: Aramark’s first proprietary cheesesteak brand featuring sandwiches made with premium ribeye, caramelized onions and melted cheese on a fresh roll (Section 134).

Boozy Ice Cream: Served in a mini helmet for fans 21 and older. (Section 306).

Also debuting in Denver is Aramark’s popular 9-9-9 Challenge, which will be available at Fanfare in Section 139. The promotion debuted during the Philadelphia Phillies’ 2025 postseason at Citizens Bank Park and riffs on the viral 9-9-9 dare: eating nine hot dogs and drinking nine beers over the course of nine innings.

Aramark’s version scales things down slightly, featuring nine mini hot dogs and nine flight-sized beers instead of full-size portions.

To add some playful promotion to the trendy stunt, Aramark paired legendary competitive-eating champion Joey Chestnut with former NFL All-Pro center and Super Bowl champion Jason Kelce to tackle the 9-9-9 Challenge. The eat-off is featured in a promotional video (tinyurl.com/49e5puf2), spotlighting the lighthearted spirit behind what could become baseball’s most outrageous gameday dare.

The challenge will be served in custom team-colored packaging designed as a collectible keepsake. It will be available while supplies last to fans 21 and older with a valid, government-issued ID.

Fans can also keep an eye out for collectible souvenirs popping up at Rockies games and other stadiums for those who travel the baseball circuit. They include:

Beer Bat: A bat-shaped container designed for beer, cocktails, frozen drinks and nonalcoholic beverages. Available at Citi Field, Citizens Bank Park, Coors Field, Kauffman Stadium, Oracle Park and PNC Park.

Cooler Cup: Available at Citizens Bank Park, Coors Field, Fenway Park, Kauffman Stadium and Oracle Park.

Fast Ball Souvenir Cup: Available at Citi Field, Kauffman Stadium, Oracle Park and PNC Park.

Popcorn Bat: A 98-ounce, team-branded vessel with lid and embossed wood-grain texture. Available at Coors Field, Kauffman Stadium and Oracle Park.

For Rockies fans who follow their team on the road or simply like to sample stadium food around the league, Aramark has also rolled out several new regional specialties at other ballparks.

At Daikin Park, home of the Houston Astros, Texas flavors meet Vietnamese street food with the Banh Mi Dog, a footlong hot dog topped with daikon radish slaw, diced bacon, chopped cilantro and sriracha aioli. And the Boomin Onion delivers a super-colossal fried onion served with Boom Boom sauce or ranch dressing. Variations include an H-Town Hot version topped with popcorn chicken and hot honey aioli, and a BBQ Pork Burnt End version piled with pork burnt ends, queso blanco, pickled red onions and barbecue sauce.

The San Francisco Giants’ Oracle Park continues its Bay Area culinary influence with the Char Siu Dog, a footlong hot dog finished with char siu sauce, Kewpie mayo, fried onions and green onions.

At Pittsburgh’s PNC Park, fans will find an over-the-top option. The Boricua Dog layers sofrito beef, Smallman Street Deli kraut, yellow mustard, American cheese, ketchup, braised onions and potato sticks on a hot dog roll.

“A new season brings a chance to re-energize the fan experience, especially as we prepare for the 2026 MLB All-Star Game in Aramark’s hometown of Philadelphia this summer,” Alison Birdwell, president and CEO of Aramark, said in a press release. “Our teams set out to create new culinary concepts, reimagined retail experiences and unique in-venue activations — all designed to amplify what makes baseball so special and create signature moments fans will remember long after the final out.”
