DTC OFFICE WITH INDOOR GOLF ANNOUNCES TWO MAJOR EXPANSIONS
The Clubhouse Work & Golf in the Denver Tech Center is expanding, the unique coworking office announced Monday.
The coworking space built around an indoor golf club said it amended its lease at the Triad building at 5680 Greenwood Plaza Blvd. to add 30 new private offices and add more golfing simulators.
The office opened over a year ago and reached full capacity, leading it to expand as demand continues, the announcement said. The expansion will grow its offices on the fourth floor and add two Trackman iO golf simulators, two conference rooms and views of the Rocky Mountains.
“The speed at which our first location filled up showed us there’s real demand for a workspace that combines flexibility with a professional community connected by a shared passion for golf,” said Josh Kaplan, Founder of Clubhouse Work & Golf, in a press release.
The office was designed to create a membership experience that centered around networking, collaboration and client engagement, according to Clubhouse Work & Golf.
The expansion is set to open this Fall.
The clubhouse is also expanding to a second location near Cherry Creek in the summer. The new office will open at 720 South Colorado Blvd. and will have 65 private offices, coworking space, meeting rooms and five golf simulators on two floors.
AEROSPACE COMPANY OPENS MANUFACTURING FACILITY IN BOULDER
Impulse Space, a California-based space company founded by a former SpaceX executive, opened a new facility near Boulder, the company announced Tuesday.
The new manufacturing facility spans 20,000 square feet to lead the company’s navigation and control systems for its Mira and Helios spacecraft. The company founded in 2021 said it has a growing number of customer contracts with both private and public sectors.
The company has been growing its Colorado team that it launched three years ago and is hiring.
Getting spacecraft into orbit is only one challenge in building the world’s communications and security infrastructure, said Eric Romo, President and COO of Impulse Space, in a press release. But getting spacecraft to move quickly and economically once it gets to space is another problem to solve.
“At Impulse, we’re building the in-space mobility infrastructure that allows spacecraft to do this,” Romo said. “The work our team is doing in Colorado is foundational to making that possible.”

THE CAPITAL GRILLE OPENS SECOND COLORADO RESTAURANT
Reservations are live at The Capital Grille in Lone Tree, the steakhouse’s second Colorado location.
The fine-dining restaurant will open Sunday at 9067 Westview Road near the Park Meadows Retail Resort, according to a news release. It will replace the former Red Lobster.
The Capital Grille is known for its “dry-aged, hand-cut steaks” and freshly prepared seafood. The restaurant also features handcrafted sides and an extensive wine list. “We use only the finest, freshest ingredients, masterfully prepared in recipes designed to engage all of your senses,” The Capital Grille’s website states.
The Capital Grille in Lone Tree will join downtown Denver’s location on Larimer Street. It will be nearly 9,000 square feet, including a lounge and four private spaces to rent out for events. The Florida-based restaurant chain has more than 70 locations across the U.S.
The Lone Tree restaurant is expected to add 90 jobs to the area.
