Rockies-Mets game postponed to Thursday due to inclement weather

The Rockies’ game at Coors Field against the New York Mets on Tuesday was rescheduled due to inclement weather.

The game instead will be played at 1:10 p.m. Thursday.

Further, first pitch for Wednesday’s game between the Rockies was changed to 7:20 p.m. It was originally scheduled to be played at 1:10 p.m. Wednesday.

The Rockies had an off day Thursday, which allowed for the changes.

The Rockies are 0-5 during their current homestand at Coors Field. Left-hander Jose Quintana is scheduled to start Wednesday’s game on the mound, opposed by Mets right-hander Christian Scott.

Here’s the full schedule of changes:

Wednesday

Game time is 7:20 p.m. (originally 1:10 p.m.)

Parking lots open at 5 p.m.

Gates open at 5:30 p.m.

Thursday (originally Tuesday):

Game time is 1:10 p.m.

Parking lots open at 10:30 a.m.

Gates open at 11:30 a.m.
