Study: Colorado in top 10 most energy-efficient states in U.S.
Colorado is the seventh most energy-efficient state in the country, according to a national study released Wednesday by the finance website WalletHub. Colorado was beaten only by Utah, New York, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Rhode Island and Vermont.
