Reservations are live at The Capital Grille in Lone Tree, the steakhouse’s second Colorado location.

The fine-dining restaurant will open March 15 at 9067 Westview Road near the Park Meadows Retail Resort, according to a news release. It will replace the former Red Lobster.

The Capital Grille is known for its “dry-aged, hand-cut steaks” and freshly prepared seafood. The restaurant also features handcrafted sides and an extensive wine list. “We use only the finest, freshest ingredients, masterfully prepared in recipes designed to engage all of your senses,” The Capital Grille’s website states.

The Lone Tree Capital Grill will join downtown Denver’s Larimer location.
