Denver weather: High chance of snow Saturday, poor road conditions likely
Denver is forecast for a snowy Saturday with a high of around 34 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder.
Snow is likely hitting Denver after 9 a.m. with another chance before 8 p.m. A total of 1-3 inches of snow accumulation is possible, according to the weather service.
“Radar across the forecast area shows a messy/unorganized precipitation shield along the I-76 corridor from Denver into the northeast plains. … by all estimates the ongoing snow is fairly light, but is a bit more widespread,” the weather forecast explained in their forecast discussion.
You can also anticipate a windy day. Winds could range from 6-13 mph with some gusts reaching 21 mph.
