Three Colorado Olympians to watch
Looking ahead to Saturday’s Olympic action with a focus on those with Colorado connections.
1. The first medal will be awarded following the 10-meter air rifle mixed team competition. Colorado Springs resident Alexis Lagan will be in action at the venue as women’s 10-meter air pistol undergoes qualifying.
2. Nuggets guard Jamal Murray will make his Olympic debut with his native Canada, which faces Greece in group play.
3. Boulder’s Taylor Knibb will compete in the women’s road cycling individual time trial. Knibb will later be in action competing for Team USA in the triathlon.
