CHSAA fall sports open practices for boys golf, football | Colorado Sunshine

Where good news shines

The fall season is underway for Colorado high school sports.

Boys golf and football were eligible to hold their first practices Monday, CHSAA said.

The first scrimmage or competition for boys golf can be Thursday.

Football teams can begin wearing protective equipment in practices Saturday. Full contact will be allowed starting Wednesday, Aug. 13, with the first scrimmages allowed Thursday, Aug. 14, according to CHSAA.

Practices for all other fall sports can begin Monday, Aug. 11.
