Denver weather: Mixed bag of cool temperatures and clouds Friday
Weather around metro Denver on Friday will be a mixed bag of mostly cloudy with cool yet pleasant temperatures, but little to no rain showers are expected.
Denverites can expect a 20% chance of showers before 7 a.m., according to the National Weather Service in Boulder. It’ll then be partly sunny the rest of the day, with a high near 64. Northwest winds around 6 mph become north northeast in the afternoon.
Tonight, it’ll be mostly clear, with a low around 40. Calm winds become south around 5 mph after midnight.
Both weekend days bring back high temperatures into the low 70s.
A cool down begins Halloween week, with mountain snow and below average temperatures in the metro area by Tuesday after a seasonal day Monday.
