Denver weather: Temperatures expected to reach the 50s on Wednesday

Mild temperatures return to Denver on Wednesday.

The National Weather Weather Service in Boulder predict the high in Denver on Wednesday will reach 52 degrees under increasingly cloudy skies. That’s about 6 degrees warmer than the average high temperature for Jan. 28 in Denver, according to weather service data.

Winds are expected to blow at 6 to 10 mph throughout the day with gusts up to 16 mph, meteorologists said.

Tonight, expect temperatures to fall to 25 degrees, the weather service said.

High temperatures in Denver are expected in the upper 40s and low 50s through Saturday. Sunday looks like temperatures could reach the upper 50s, the weather service said.

The next chance for precipitation in Denver doesn’t move into the weather service forecast until next week on Tuesday.
