Denver PrideFest moves locations with new events

The Center on Colfax announced a new location for Denver PrideFest and new activations in June. Denver Pride weekend will be held Saturday, June 27, and Sunday, June 28.

PrideFest, a free festival, will be held on 16th Street from Arapahoe to Broadway, on Sunday, June 28, at 10 a.m.

The Center on Colfax said shifting PrideFest to a one-day free festival will help concentrate attendance, prioritize access, and reduce Pride-related expenses. The festival was previously held at Civic Center Park, which is undergoing construction updates.

The Pride 5K will be in Cheesman Park on Saturday, June 27, at 8 a.m.
