2 seriously injured in Aurora house party shooting, police say

A teenager is seriously injured and another person is in the hospital after a fight turned into a shooting at a house party in Aurora early Sunday morning, according to the police department.

At around 1:04 a.m., Aurora police responded to a home in the 3600 block of S. Andes Way, where officers found two men suffering from gunshot wounds, police said in a news release.

Police said a 19-year-old man was transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Another man, who police said is around the same age, is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Early findings show a fight broke out before a suspect opened fire.

No arrests have been made.
