Western Colorado QB Drew Nash named RMAC Football Academic Offensive Player of the Year | Colorado Sunshine
Where the good news shines
Western Colorado University senior quarterback Drew Nash was named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Football Academic Offensive Player of the Year on Friday.
Chadron State College senior linebacker Logan O’Brien was named to the same honor on the defensive side.
Nash adds another accolade to an outstanding campaign that saw him named the RMAC Offensive Player of the Year and a Harlon Hill Award Finalist. Academically, he brought a 3.67 GPA into the season as a double major in exercise and sport science at Western Colorado.
In addition to earning the Offensive Academic Player of the Year recognition, he is a first-team All-RMAC selection for the second consecutive year.
