Denver weather: Third time’s the charm Thursday for rain across the metro area?
Thursday’s forecast has rain in it, but most of metro Denver has been skunked over the last two days, with only one notable measurement recorded of 0.16 inches of rain at a remote weather station in Expo Park in Aurora.
Denver residents can expect a 50% chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 2 p.m., according to the National Weather Service in Boulder.
Clouds will increase throughout the day, with a high near 86. South southwest winds between 5 to 10 mph become north northeast in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 21 mph.
